This policy explains how REDLINE MANAGEMENT LTD (the "Controller"), operator of Mr.H4cK3x (h4ck3x.com), processes personal data under the EU GDPR (2016/679) and the UK GDPR.

1. Data controller

REDLINE MANAGEMENT LTD (company number 15938927, registered in England & Wales; VAT GB475397543), registered address: 35 Goldfinch Drive, Sandy, SG19 2SA, United Kingdom. Website: https://h4ck3x.com. Privacy contact: [email protected] (response within 30 days).

2. What data we process

Account data: name and email from your sign-in provider, and a profile image where provided.

Usage data: the inputs you provide to the service, the outputs it generates or stores for you, usage counts and timestamps.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we do NOT store card data. Billing details you provide (name, address, tax number) are forwarded to Stripe.

Technical & abuse-prevention data: IP address, approximate location, device/browser data, and fraud/abuse signals (e.g. proxy/VPS use) — for the security of the service.

Marketing consent: your newsletter/coupon opt-in status.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Providing the service (performance of contract), billing (legal obligation), product improvement and — with consent — analytics and newsletters (consent).

Content safety and abuse prevention (legitimate interest): where the service generates content with AI, generation requests are screened by automated moderation, and we may review generated content for safety, abuse-prevention and legal-compliance purposes — to protect the platform, our users and our advertising-platform integrations, and to meet legal obligations (e.g. a lawful authority request).

Newsletter/marketing: only with your opt-in consent; withdrawable at any time.

4. Processors

Processors used across the ecosystem: Stripe (payments/invoicing), Hetzner (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (CDN/security), bluefox.email (transactional email). Product-specific processors, if any, are listed in the product addendum at the end of this document. All processors act under their own privacy terms.

5. Retention

Account and usage data are kept while your account exists or as required by law (e.g. invoicing). On account deletion, data is deleted except where retention is legally required.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to [email protected] — response within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (UK: ICO; in the EU, your local authority).

7. Cookies

Cookie use is described in the separate Cookie Policy.
